Hai is representing our community in Salem, advocating for strong, equitable policies that will move us forward, together. With his diverse lived-experiences, Hai is working to address some of the root causes of family instability and create a more resilient safety net to meet the needs of families.
Hai is a Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Pham founded Hi5 Dental Dentistry for Kids and has been serving Washington County for years. In and outside of his practice, he prioritizes kids and youth who have complex medical conditions and provides charity dental care for the state. Dr. Pham intimately understands the inner workings of accessing healthcare which is why he has served on a number of statewide boards. With his experience and focus on holistic policy making, Hai ran for office so that he could break down barriers and do more for kids.
Hai is a father
Hai has two kids and wants to make sure that they have a bright future. He wants to invest in families and ensure all families have access to childcare, strong education from cradle to career, and fostering economic growth so that all families can thrive. And with climate change happening right before our eyes, Hai wants to protect Oregon’s natural landscapes and resources for future generations to enjoy.
